Larue Winery was the first winery to open in Lewisville, TX in 2015. This boutique that visitors love.
The current leased location features an 1100 sq. ft. tasting room with a large bar, perfect for wine tastings, and ample room for seating and merchandise. The 500 sq. ft. wine production area is separated from the tasting room by antique windows and doors that provide a view to the large wine tanks and production equipment, which is a highlight for
customers. If desired, there is room to add an outdoor seating/patio area.
Larue Winery produces 1200 cases of wine a year. The business sells nine varieties of natural wine hand-crafted from grapes sourced from California and Santiago, Chile. Wine is fermented in Glycol chiller tanks that are in great condition. Unlike many manufactured wines, Larue Winery’s do not contain added sugar, and derive natural sweetness from the grapes used.
The potential opportunities are ripe with this charming winery. Community events such as tours of the wine production area, painting nights, games and trivia nights, live music and more have proven popular with customers. Further community involvement opportunities are plentiful in the wonderful suburb of Lewisville, as well as in nearby Dallas. This business does not currently have a wine club, but does have a database of 3,000 people in the POS system that could be great candidates for membership in a wine club.
